  • CIS 2336: Internet Application Development

    • Description: Development and maintenance of Web sites and Web applications

      Summary: Overall, this class is basically like a webdev class. It focuses primarily on web server environments and creating a basic website using HTML/CSS & PHP. Being an Internet Application class, I expected a lot more database usage or focus.

  • CIS 3347: Information Systems Infrastructure and Networks

    • Description: Data communications standards, protocols, models, architectures, internet topics, and ethics. Components of industry infrastructure with business justification. Study of emerging technologies and trends related to software/hardware components.

      Summary: Very informative, a detailed overview of the ISO/OSI model and network infrastructure. I have not finished the class yet, so that is about all I am going to say about that...
